Belgium and the Netherlands:
orders placed before 10PM are processed the same business day and delivered the next day.
International orders:
orders placed before 5PM are processed the same business day.

On each product page you can subscribe for our back in stock notifications. If your item has been restocked, you will receive a notification.

At Çois Cycling Legacy we design and produce quality apparel for you to enjoy and love, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your items within 14 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund.

The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging and after letting us know via hello@coiscycling.com We'll take care of it and answer you as soon as possible. We provide you with the correct data and address for the return.

The cost of return is at the expense of the customer. If you want an exchange, we will send the new product free of charge.

Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition you received it. Goods must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in the original packaging.

Refunds: If you wish, we will refund the entire purchase price, excluding the shipping costs charged.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of return. We are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for the packaging and sending of a return shipment!

Customs charges may apply for orders outside of the EU. These charges are for your own expense.
